And as you get closer to that day you look in the mirror and realize that you have more weight to lose than you thought, or maybe you're just not as tight or toned as you would like. There is no reason to panic, we can help you fit into that dress.

Bridal Boot Camp Includes All of the Following Benefits:

Free Consultation:
It is during this time that we will uncover what it is that you really want to accomplish. We will discuss options, time frames, as well as answer any other questions you have.

Free Fitness Assessment:
We will gather information regarding your health status, and physical capacity so that we can design an exercise program just for you. We will determine your current weight, body fat percentage, cardiovascular endurance level, muscular endurance level and flexibility range. We will also test for any muscle imbalances and/or limits that may need immediate attention. We will also continue to take measurements every week to document your success.

Personal Training Sessions:
Our trainers will work with you one-on-one - for one hour - per session. You will also receive an exercise plan for you to follow on the days you do not see your trainer.

Free Nutritional Coaching:
Not only will you receive a meal plan, but we will also provide you with support 7 days a week - from your trainer - to answer any questions you may have. We want to give you the knowledge you need to maintain your results, set new goals, and have the ability to achieve those new goals.

Grocery Shopping:
Many people would like to eat healthier but feel completely overwhelmed or just clueless when it comes to shopping for the right types of food. If you feel you need any coaching on how to shop healthy we will replace a one hour session with a one hour grocery store trip. We will show you how to decide which types of food are best and how to know what your buying so that you can make the best decisions for yourself in the future.

Support 7 Days A Week:
As mentioned above, support will be available 7 days a week at no charge from YOUR TRAINER, for as long as you remain a client. It can be hard and even intimidating at times when you have to make both exercise and nutrition decisions. This service will take the guess work out and allow you to focus on how good you feel and enjoy the rewards of personal training without the worries.

Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions regarding weight loss by brides:


How long before the wedding should I start losing weight?

It really depends on how much weight you would like to lose and how much toning you want to do. If you want to lose 15 lbs., you need at least 8-12 weeks. You need to make sure you're losing body fat, not muscle tissue.

Most crash diets work by stripping you of muscle, which will not only leave you looking soft and flabby, but you will have less calorie-burning power. When you gain your fat back, and you will, you will actually be less healthy than when you started because you will have less muscle tissue. Your best bet will be to take the time to start a good nutrition and exercise plan leaving you time to lose 6-8 lbs. a month - safely. If you need to lose more than that you should really start many months out so your body weight will not add to the stressful factors surrounding your wedding.

Does planning the wedding and related stress make it harder to lose weight?

Absolutely! It is typical that with all of the pressures revolving the wedding that the bride will turn to food for comfort and have less time to make it to the gym on her own.

Is dieting enough, or do you have to exercise too?

There is no way that you will reach your goals with diet alone so do not fool yourself into thinking that. Even if you possess incredible discipline in eating right, you will at best shed some weight but will not have that tight and toned look.  Exercising burns calories and increases lean muscle mass, but if your caloric expenditure does not exceed your caloric intake, you will lose some weight, but never reach your goal. You need both!
