We are a small business that limits the number of clients we train. Once you become a Fitness On Demand client your scheduled appointment times are yours and will not be double booked - EVER! (If you like Tuesdays and Saturdays at 4:15, and those times are available, then they are yours and yours only until you no longer want them).
We are not a large corporate facility thinking of you only as "one more" towards our monthly quota. Public gyms can be intimidating, busy, and not to mention hardly the most sanitary of places. You are able to work out in YOUR home, at a time that meets YOUR needs, as well as keeping privacy and special attention to YOU our priority.
We work only with clients that are serious about making a change and/or doing what it takes to achieve their goals. Whether your goals are to lose fat, gain muscle, or just to tighten and tone, we expect you to put in your best because that is what you will get in return.
Life is too short to be unhappy or unhealthy any longer.
If you are looking for a personal trainer that will listen to excuses about why you can't do the things necessary to meet your goals, then go to any of the gyms in your area and those personal trainers will be more then glad to take your money...
